Our demonstrator is Jeff Fioravanti.
The meeting will be held in the Guild Hall, First Congregational Church (middle side door), Sanborn Street, Reading, Wednesday October 14th, 2026 at 7:30 p.m.
Jeff will demonstrate a pastel landscape.
As a youth, Jeff's relatives would often encourage his creative pursuits, however it wasn't until later in life that he started to seriously develop and refine his artistic interests.
A juried member of the Copley Society of Art, Jeff is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America (PSA), and an IAPS (International Association of Pastel Societies) Eminent Pastel member, an Artist Member of the North Shore Art Association (Gloucester, MA) as well as the Newburyport Art Association. Jeff creates images based on his life experiences and that are designed to stimulate the viewer to make an emotional or personal connection to each painting.
He has taken "1st Place Landscape Division" and "3rd Place Landscape Division" in the Pastel Journal "Pastel 100 International Competition”, "Gold" in the International Association of Pastel Societies Juried International Exhibition and "Best in Show" at the CT Pastel Society National Exhibit, in addition to multiple awards at the international, national and local level. Currently living in Lynn, Massachusetts, he is also a member of the Saugus High School Athletic Hall of Fame. He is represented by the Sidoti Gallery of Art in Rockport, Massachusetts.
